End of Diaper Woes: Potty Training

We all must agree that one of the most costly baby products are diapers. Well, throw in some baby wipes too. Getting diapers and baby wipes at lower costs (or f

or free) are great news since these things can drain our family budget without us knowing- especially if the little one is very productive at expelling body wastes (read:  poo and pee). We can’t wait for that day when they can finally be toilet trained. The question is, when?

Potty Training

I came across a very helpful article on the Pampers site talking about Potty Training. Note that this stage needs you to be understanding and patient of your child. However, the most important thing to remember is that you can’t decide on your own when to do it to your child. You must observe your little one for signs of readiness. Read through the article prepared by Dr. Laurence Kutner for a more detailed explanation. He certainly knows what he is talking about as he is a clinical psychologist, a consultant and a journalist. I’ve linked the site above so you’ll be redirected.

I hope that article will serve you well. If you feel that your child is ready, go ahead and venture into the colorful world of potty training. But if your little one is not yet at that stage, then prepare to change some more soiled diapers. Don’t worry, you are not alone. You can find support in our forum - emotional support included.
